I designed the block used in this quilt for one of The Modern Quilt Guild’s block of the month in 2017. I was inspired by a number of aviation designs when flying for work one day and created the block. This arrangement was one of many I designed but ultimately settled on with its combination of negative space and the block itself. The neon green binding is the icing on the cake with this quilt and might be my favorite part.

This quilt comes complete with a hanging sleeve attached for hanging purposes. It has been hand stitched on and can easily be removed if needed. To hang the quilt, a curtain rod or long dowel should do the trick.

Quilts are made and stored in a cat-friendly, non-smoking home. All efforts are made to keep the quilt clean and fresh.
